Biography

Epion was a Progenitor General and former friend of Ikarin. He attempted to become the Shadow Monarch by opening a Great Seal — one of the Six Great Seals that bind primordial forces.

He was imprisoned in Project Limbo. During the breach, he escaped stasis and confronted Elric, easily overpowering him. Ikarin defeated and re-imprisoned him.

Elric looted his Ring of Magic Sculpting.

Appearance & Personality

Epion stands as a terrifying monument to fallen majesty, clad in Progenitor armor that has been warped and fused with the very shadows he sought to command. Once a gleaming figure of military perfection, he is now a silhouette of jagged edges and void-black plate, with a cape that trails behind him not as fabric, but as a leaking contraption of dark, nebulous smoke. His face is a map of hubris; pale, marble-like skin etched with purple veins that pulse with the corrupting energy of the Great Seal, and eyes that burn with the cold, violet light of a star that refuses to die.

Epion radiates the suffocating arrogance of a god who was denied his throne, carrying himself with the bitter certainty that he alone possessed the vision to transcend their mortal limits. He views his imprisonment not as a defeat, but as a temporary setback orchestrated by lesser minds who fear true power. His interaction with Ikarin reveals the core of his corruption: he genuinely believes that compassion and restraint are forms of decay, and that by refusing to seize power, his old friend has betrayed their shared potential.
