Biography
The Earl of Scripps is a mythic-ranked Pit Fiend who oversees all contract devils in the Infernal Court. He appeared in Basque during Elric’s meeting with Corell, accompanied by Bones (who was collared and enslaved).
He attempted to offer Elric a contract but accepted his polite refusal, giving him a gem as a token of respect for recognizing his rank.
