Biography
Chris Evergreen is a young half-Drow witch who has suffered relentless persecution for her sorcerous bloodline. Elric Lightborn first encountered her being bullied in Waterdeep, intervening to protect her.
She was rescued by Elric from execution at Overcliff. Afterward, they became close companions. When attempting to rescue Elric from Drow kidnappers, Chris was herself captured by House Neshbarath.
Her true heritage as a Half-Drow was revealed in Session 6 — she may have connections to the Drow who now hold her captive. She gave Elric her Septorial Ring before they were separated.
She remains in Drow custody as of Session 8, with Elric still planning her rescue.
Appearance & Personality
Chris is a young half-Drow who seems to shrink into herself, as if trying to occupy as little space as possible. Her mixed heritage is evident in the slight point of her ears and the delicate, angular structure of her face. She wears simple, travel-stained clothes that offer little protection. Despite the fear that haunts her expression, there is a flicker of latent power in her eyes—a hint of the sorcerous bloodline that has made her a target.
Years of persecution have chiseled Chris into a figure of profound fragility, yet she possesses a resilience that borders on miraculous. She harbors a quiet hope for kindness, latching onto Elric with intense gratitude.

Campaign Chronicle
Session 4: New Beginnings
Chris was being bullied by Patrick when Elric intervened. Later, captured by Overcliff and sentenced to burn. Elric flew to rescue her.
Session 5: Into the Dark
After being rescued from Overcliff, Chris accompanied Elric to Waterdeep. When Elric was kidnapped by Drow, she attempted rescue but was captured by House Neshbarath. She is now held separately from Elric, with torture implied.
Session 6: Father’s Legacy
Her Half-Drow heritage was revealed. She gave Elric her Septorial Ring before he was transferred to the Vampire King. She remains in Drow custody.
