Alzer is a mysterious Progenitor who exists within the Ninth Layer of Hell. When Elric’s consciousness projected to Hell, Alzer was the first to greet him, referring to him as “Brother.”
He guided Elric to Dagny Cole (Bones) for training, acting as a stabilizing presence in the infernal realm.
