Nine bedrooms sprawled across the upper floors, each appointed with furniture that predated living memory, while six bathrooms gleamed with fixtures of polished brass and enchanted mirrors that showed only what you wished to see.
The true marvel lay beneath. A basement wrapped in arcane shielding so thorough that even Corell himself could not scry within, and beneath that, a wizard’s laboratory that hummed with residual magical potential. The stairwell system embodied vampire engineering at its finest: with a touch and a word, the entire spiral could collapse into the floor, sealing the upper levels and transforming into a levitation platform for those with the gift to use it. From the top floor balcony, one could gaze out over the walls of Basque itself, watching the eternal mountains that cradled the city—a view that spoke of power, of belonging, of a home in a realm where mortals rarely tread uninvited.
History
The townhouse was gifted to Elric by Corell as partial payment for delivering the Mythic Trident. It comes with full Basque citizenship.
